Our products cater to UCLA fans of all ages – from infants needing Kids-infant outfits to adults looking for polished Men’s outerwear. We particularly serve families (Bruin families) who want coordinated UCLA styles, students and alumni displaying school pride, and sports fans seeking game-day accessories and jerseys.

Product Questions

How do I choose the right size for my jersey?
Our jerseys follow standard sizing. Please refer to our detailed size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit for layering, we recommend sizing up.
Are your products officially licensed UCLA merchandise?
Yes! All our products are officially licensed, ensuring authentic UCLA colors, logos, and quality that meets university standards.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently we don’t offer gift wrapping, but many of our products come in attractive packaging suitable for gifting, especially items from our Accessories-care-packs and Kids-toys collections.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and receive exclusive offers.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive instructions to reset your password.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the processing stage.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We don’t store your full credit card details on our servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can occur for various reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect card information, or your bank’s security measures. Please verify your information and try again, or contact your card issuer. You may also try using PayPal as an alternative payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after processing
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after processing
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse in Danville.
How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive detailed tracking with estimated delivery dates. For Free Shipping (EMS), basic tracking is available. Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking links.
What if I miss the delivery?
Carriers typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. Check your tracking information for instructions on package pickup. Some high-value orders may require signature upon delivery.
Are there additional fees for international orders?
International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
I need my order by a specific date. What should I do?
For fastest delivery on game day essentials like our Accessories-game-day collection or Jerseys, choose Standard Shipping and order at least 3 weeks before your event. While we can’t guarantee delivery dates, this provides the best chance for timely arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. Some items may be final sale – please check product descriptions.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International returns may take additional time for customs clearance.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry to hear this! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
